My goal was to lose baby #2 weight by the end of 2019 (3 months postpartum) and then early 2020 the few kgs I never managed to lose after baby #1. I knew the challenge would be hard with a newborn and minimal sleep but I had to prioritise my goals to be a happier mom. The support on the JEFF program is so unique and the fact that I have 1.5 days in the week to relax on nutrition made me want to cheat less on the 5.5 clean eating days. Realistically I knew I couldn’t cut everything out for 7 days a week so this was a realistic and sustainable plan. I have achieved the 2019 goal and I know I have the building blocks for the rest in 2020.
