I never had to think or worry about what I was going to do when I got to the gym because the program did that for me. I thoroughly enjoyed the regular check ins with my coach – the accountability and encouragement was something I truly valued! I’ve always been someone that enjoys being active and challenging myself. I’m a runner and I usually find that going for a run is my escape and allows me to de-stress, however I was a bit bored of doing the same thing every day. I was looking for something else, something different to do. I joined the gym, but found myself uninspired and not sure what to do when I was there. A friend told me about the JEFF 14 week program. Financially it was a big commitment for me, but after much consideration I decided to do it and invest in myself. I could visibly see the change in my body. My running has also improved – I’m a lot stronger and faster.
