Johno’s Fitness Faculty program is a 14-week coach-supported nutrition and fitness program that takes you back to the basics of healthy eating and exercise success. Designed by a world renowned sports conditioning coach and performance specialist, it’s not a quick fix, it’s not a fad because those results don’t last. The program is about building a solid foundation and entrenching balanced healthy habits that will last long after the 14 weeks are over. Giving you sustainable results for life.
